With a gorgeous natural backdrop and a passionate team, Camp Carvela is the perfect place to host the rustic summer camp wedding of your dreams.

Camp Carvela is available for wedding rentals from August through May. We offer 3 different package options with available add-ons to help you customize your celebration.

Pinecone Package

Ideal for small ceremonies, elopements, and vow renewals

Up to 50 Guests

Package Includes:

Exclusive venue access for one half day (up to 6 hours)

Your choice of ceremony + reception spaces

Access to 2 cabins for wedding party prep

Tables and chairs with basic set up/clean up

Outdoor lighting

On-site event coordinator + event day support staff

Wildflower Package

Ideal for larger guest lists and extended celebrations

Up to 100 Guests

Package Includes:

Exclusive venue access for one full day (up to 12 hours)

Your choice of ceremony + reception spaces

Access to 4 cabins for wedding party prep

Tables and chairs with basic set up/clean up

Outdoor lighting

Brew canoe (alcohol not included)

Fire pit set up/take down

On-site event coordinator + event day support staff

Parking coordinator

Northwoods Package

Ideal for weekend-long celebrations with overnight campouts

Up to 150 Guests

Package Includes:

Exclusive venue access for 2 full days (up to 48 hours)

Cabin lodging for up to 70 overnight guests 

Your choice of ceremony + reception spaces

Access to all cabins for wedding party/guest prep

Tables and chairs with basic set up/clean up

Outdoor lighting

Brew canoe (alcohol not included)

Fire pit set up/take down

Rehearsal dinner space

Farewell brunch space
